Professional commercial dual-temperature upright cabinet. Combined refrigerator-freezer for 40×60 cm pastry trays — 40 trays total capacity. TWO independent compressor units for refrigeration (-2/+8°C) and freezing (-22/-18°C). Standard or monoblock cooling options.

Built in a Tuzla (Istanbul) factory with AISI 304 stainless-steel exterior and interior, R-290A natural refrigerant (CFC-free, low-GWP), and 60mm polyurethane insulation at 40 kg/m³ density.

Dual temperature operation: refrigerator compartment maintains -2°C to +8°C, freezer compartment maintains -22°C to -18°C. Tested for stable performance in tropical ambient up to +43°C.

Monoblock variants feature a complete changeable cooling unit — the entire assembly can be swapped out as a single module, dramatically reducing service time.
