Product Overview

A specially formulated low-protein thin vermicelli (tel şehriye) designed for individuals managing PKU (Phenylketonuria) or following protein-restricted diets. Vegan and gluten-free, this fine vermicelli is ideal for soups, rice dishes, and pilavs.

Ingredients

Corn starch, gluten-free wheat starch, potato starch, water, salt, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), vegetable fiber, beta-carotene coloring.

How to Prepare

Use freely in low-protein soups, rice dishes, or pilavs.
For toasted vermicelli, sauté gently in 1 tablespoon of butter or oil until lightly golden before adding to other recipes.
When cooking standalone, simmer in 3 liters of salted boiling water for 10–12 minutes.
